We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the successful delivery of complex business initiatives across our portfolio. This is more than project coordination. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Leadership:
Lead multiple concurrent business programs from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with senior executives, department leaders, clients, and external partners to maintain engagement and program momentum.

Resource Planning:
Coordinate budgets, timelines, staffing requirements, and operational resources to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

Risk and Governance:
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish governance frameworks that support informed decision-making.

Performance Monitoring:
Define key performance indicators, track progress against objectives, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Change Management:
Support organizational transformation initiatives by ensuring effective communication, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable implementation practices.

Team Leadership:
Mentor project managers and programme coordinators while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years of experience in programme management, business transformation, operations leadership, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational performance, budgeting, and organizational change management.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.

Technology Proficiency:
Experience using modern project and programme management tools, reporting platforms, and business intelligence solutions.

Mindset:
You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic vision with practical execution. You thrive in environments where ownership, adaptability, and results matter.

Pay: £5,900.00-£7,500.00 per month
