Opportunities
At Informed Solutions, you’ll work in a collaborative consulting environment, learning alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to real client work. You won’t follow a set rotation; instead, you’ll develop through hands-on experience within delivery teams. Through this, you’ll gain exposure to different disciplines and to the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and shaping requirements, through design and delivery, to live service and continuous improvement.

Our Interview Process
Our recruitment process is designed to be friendly and approachable, giving you the opportunity to get to know us and understand what life at Informed Solutions is really like.

Intro call (30 mins, Teams): A conversation about your motivations, interests and what you’re hoping to gain from a graduate role, whilst also giving you an opportunity to find out more information about Informed Solutions.
- First interview (Teams): A conversational interview with colleagues, including former graduates, focusing on your studies, experiences and approach to learning and problem-solving.

Final interview (in person): A tailored presentation or practical/technical exercise, plus time to meet the team and see our office.

You will be based in our impressive Grade II listed office in the centre of Altrincham, South Manchester, or out of our Westminster office in London. For those based in London, there will be a requirement to travel periodically to our Altrincham office as part of your integration into the wider business and graduate community.
