Are you:
Someone who knows their béchamel from their beurre noisette (and can pronounce them without sounding like you're gargling marbles)?
A whiz with a whisk, a maestro with a mandoline, and generally someone who can make magic happen with mere mortal ingredients?
Able to handle the heat (both literally and figuratively) without spontaneously combusting into a cloud of flour?
Someone who understands that "mise en place" isn't a fancy French dance move, but the key to a smooth service?
Possessed of a cracking sense of humour and the ability to laugh off the occasional culinary catastrophe (we've all been there with the exploding soufflé)?
Maybe you even tell terrible food puns? (We secretly love them.)
