Role Overview

As an Administrator in the Health Services Team, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience, supporting the recruitment team within the Cromwell Hospital and associated diagnostic centres.

What you'll do:

Provide administrative support to the clinical recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes.
Support recruiters and candidates with interview arrangements.
Conduct initial vetting of high-volume applications to assess candidate suitability.
Ensure Workday is consistently updated to reflect the status of candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including sending invitations and confirmations.
Validate right-to-work documentation and DBS checks in line with UK legislation.
Where digital checks are unsuccessful, coordinate face-to-face verifications at a local Bupa office, clinic, care home or hospital.
Facilitate recruitment assessment centres by booking rooms and catering.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Previous experience in recruitment administration, with familiarity in recruitment systems (Workday preferred).
Strong collaboration skills, with a flexible approach and excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work at pace while managing the expectations of multiple recruiters.
