Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient stock controller to oversee and support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workflows, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to MCF’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment providers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Stock Control Team Member, you must have a genuine passion for ensuring our clients consistently receive our industry leading “MCF experience”.

Your tasks may include:

· Cycle counting / Periodic Stock Counts

· Pick to zero counting

· Problem solving via P.I.

· Utilisation reporting

· Systems maintenance

· Layout maintenance / inbound planning

· Process audit

Experience

Previous experience in a stock or warehouse role is essential.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and business processes is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis skills, particularly using warehouse management systems (Mintsoft).
Strong organisational skills with an ability to analyse stock levels effectively.
Excellent communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and collaborating with team members.
