Full job description

Ruby & White Butchers are looking for an organised, confident and motivated Outbound Sales Administrator to join our growing office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building new relationships and supporting accounts.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the Sales and Office Teams, contacting prospective and existing customers and helping the team achieve its sales targets. The role will also include offering wider support to the Office team with varied administrative responsibilities.

This role will be based in our Office located in St Philips. Proposed working hours are 9am – 5pm, this will be discussed at interview.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing, new, or lapsed clients to check in, promote products and nurture customer relationships. Follow up sales enquiries, leads and quotations.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM systems.
Prepare and send quotations, emails and sales information.
Support the wider Sales and Office team with day-to-day administration.
Build strong, professional relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident and comfortable on the phone, is highly organised and thorough in their approach.
