Butcher

we are looking for a hard working punctual and trust worthy butcher .
must have experience .
job roll includes

Setting up and serving on the meat counter promotion Facebook offers and promotions

Pushing sales and upselling

managing staff and stock levels

Passionate and creative with new ideas

must be flexible with working days .
4 x 10 hour days

Duties:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing meat products
- Provide recommendations on cooking methods and cuts of meat
- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness
- Operate and maintain butcher equipment and tools

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
