Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000–£55,000 (depending on experience and track record)
Uncapped Bonus: £20,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm (Office Based)

We're looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Engineer who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and closing deals. The Opportunity

This is far more than a quoting role.

Working closely with our design and engineering teams, you'll become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find practical engineering solutions while developing long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

Your role will include:

Developing relationships with existing customers.
Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
Visiting prospective and existing customers when required.
Working with our design team to create tailored engineering solutions.
Preparing accurate quotations and following them through to successful orders.
Growing sales within the food manufacturing sector while helping expand into new industries.
Becoming a key part of the company's future growth.

Following your induction and probation period, you'll work towards realistic, achievable sales targets with an uncapped bonus structure that genuinely rewards success.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in talented salespeople—not just engineering specialists.

If you've built a successful career in sales, we'd like to hear from you, regardless of the industry you've worked in.

You'll ideally have:

A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with customers at all levels.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to spot opportunities and turn enquiries into orders.

Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks would be an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
