Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations! Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record keeping
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office events to support team productivity
Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic documents with attention to detail and clarity
Support inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and other administrative duties

Requirements

Prior experience working in an office environment or administrative role preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
Reliable with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
