Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader/Supervisor to join our organization and drive team success through effective management and relationship building. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure that objectives are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement program management strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall performance.
Foster strong relationship management with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and mutual satisfaction.
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, documentation, and compliance to support smooth daily operations.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to promote professional growth.
Coordinate training sessions and onboarding processes for new staff to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.
Monitor team activities, resolve conflicts promptly, and motivate staff to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervising roles with a strong background in team leadership.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Previous administrative experience supporting operational functions such as scheduling, reporting, or documentation.
Experience in program management or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Supervising experience is preferred; a track record of motivating teams toward shared goals is essential.
