Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Accountant. This role is office based and a hands on role supporting a small team and working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and have experience working with various accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

Preparing draft statutory accounts from trial balance
Working through balance sheets and P&L statements
Maintaining accurate working papers and records
Responding to client queries by email, telephone and in person
Supporting senior members of team as required
Operating confidently in a busy, open plan office environment

Requirements

Proven experience in financial accounting or related roles, ideally within an accounting environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Level 4 AAT Qualified (minimum)

Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
