Chilterns Estate & Letting Agents are looking for a brilliant, driven and slightly unstoppable Sales Branch Manager to join our Brandon office.

The Job
This is your chance to take the reins, lead from the front and make Brandon your patch to be proud of. We’re after someone who knows their way around estate agency sales, can lead a team without turning into a corporate robot, and gets a genuine buzz from winning instructions, growing market share and making clients ridiculously happy.

You will:
- Drive sales performance and keep the branch moving in the right direction
- Grow our market share locally — politely stealing the spotlight, of course
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to be the best version of themselves
- Win instructions, impress clients and make competitors wonder what happened
- Keep customer service standards sky-high
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and the local community
- Celebrate the wins, tackle the tricky bits and keep everyone focused
- Support your team with praise, coaching, clear goals and the occasional much-needed pep talk
- Keep compliance squeaky clean, because nobody likes a legislative headache
- Bring energy, ideas and a healthy dose of ambition to the branch
- Help clients move home without losing their minds in the process
You will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in property sales
- A proven track record of hitting targets and making things happen
- Experience leading, supporting or developing a team
- The confidence to have proper conversations with clients, not just send “just checking in” emails
- A natural ability to motivate people without needing a whistle and clipboard
- Strong local market awareness, or the curiosity to learn it quickly
- A good understanding of compliance and industry standards
- A positive, proactive and commercial mindset
- A genuine passion for property, people and progress
You’ll get:
- A basic salary from £30,000 upwards, depending on experience
- Realistic OTE of £60,000+
- Uncapped commission, because success should not come with a ceiling
- Monday to Friday hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Time off in lieu during the week when you work a Saturday
