Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Garden Maintenance Worker.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our garden, water meadows and river edges. This role offers an opportunity to work in a naturalistic and unique garden.

Responsibilities and Experience

Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees, and maintaining flower beds using hand tools and power tools including chainsaws
Applying fertilisers, pesticides, and other treatments to promote healthy growth.
Clearing debris, leaves, and weeds.
Proven experience in gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is essential.

Experience operating power tools including lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.
Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance.
Growing experience with plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees is advantageous.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
A valid driving licence is essential.
Enthusiasm for gardening and a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of landscape care. This role offers an engaging environment where you can utilise your horticultural skills while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces. Pay: From £20.00 per hour
