Full job description

Location: Marlow
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day or 5 hours per day over 4 days)
Salary: £18,500 (Circa £32,000 FTE)

At TradeKart, we’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Accounts Clerk to become a vital part of our finance team. If you enjoy keeping numbers in check, spotting the small details others miss, and being part of a supportive, growing business — this could be the perfect fit.

With consistent part-time hours and hybrid working, this role offers the ideal balance between professional fulfilment and personal flexibility.What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day finances running smoothly, including:

Keeping the purchase ledger in shape – processing invoices accurately and allocating costs correctly
Raising sales invoices and supporting customers with required documentation
Managing credit control – confidently chasing outstanding payments and maintaining healthy cash flow
Reconciling bank accounts to ensure everything balances perfectly
Resolving queries from colleagues, customers, and suppliers with professionalism and clarity

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance support role
A solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Confidence working with GL codes and cost centres
Strong communication skills — professional, clear, and confident
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, organised approach

Bonus points if you have experience with NetSuite — this would be a big advantage!
