About Right at Home High Wycombe

Right at Home High Wycombe is a CQC rated 'Outstanding' domiciliary care branch and part of the wider Right at Home UK network, which operates 83 branches nationwide. We support elderly and vulnerable adults to remain living happily and safely in their own homes within a 10-mile radius of High Wycombe. The nature of community care can be very reactive, which often results in a high volume of incoming calls from clients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. We are therefore looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist / Office Support Administrator to support our busy office team.

Main Responsibilities

Answering and making phone calls
Triaging incoming calls
Dealing with staff/cleint requests using the main compliance/coordinating system
Inputting data accurately into company systems
Accessing and managing files/folders within SharePoint
Categorising and managing emails in Outlook
General administrative support tasks

Skills & Personal Qualities

You must:

Be confident using the telephone
Have a polite and professional manner
Have good spoken and written English
Be punctual and reliable
Be accurate and detail-focused
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Role Development Opportunity

There is the possibility for this role to evolve into a permanent Office Administrator position with broader responsibilities, including invoicing and accounts payable.

To progress into the permanent role, you would need to demonstrate intermediate Excel skills, which may be tested during the recruitment process.

You would need to be comfortable using:

Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation

Previous reception, administration or B2B customer service experience would be advantageous. We look forward to hearing from you.
