*Job Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

*Duties*

- Supervise and lead demolition teams on-site

- Liaise with Management and provide project updates

- Plan and organise demolition projects

- Operate a variety of hand and power tools

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage waste disposal in an environmentally friendly manner

- Following company rules

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in demolition work

- CCDO Supervisor Card

- Full driving licence

- Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Health and Safety qualifications are desirable

- Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)

- Good working hours with potential overtime
