Overview of the role

Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, including expanding services, increasing customer base, and improving operational efficiency.
Day-to-day operations: of the food and beverage department.
Promotions and Events: Plan and operationally deliver marketing campaigns, special events, and promotions to drive foot traffic and bookings.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing quality standards.
Financial Management: Oversee department budget and target GPs including daily cash handling and monthly P&L/GPs.
Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring the safety of both staff and customers.
