Job Opportunity: Course and Centre Administrator

Location: London (SW1A)

Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per annum

Working Model: Fully Office based

Job Description:

Language Services Direct is growing! We are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.

Due to the expected growth in the market and the business, we are recruiting for a Course & Centre Administrator to join our team and help with the growth of the business. This is a great opportunity for you to be recognised and rewarded for your performance and progress within a strong and growing business.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Course Management:

Managing your stakeholder relationships through excellent relationship management with clients, students, and teachers
Coordinating with students and teachers to set up and manage ongoing training courses
Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems
Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on course progress and student feedback

Centre Administrator:

Reception Management; room bookings, material ordering
Library Resource Management
Maintenance of Premises and equipment
Security Information Management

Work Environment:  This position requires in-person work in Central London, SE1A. Remote work is not available for this role. Security clearance will be required for this position, and you must have lived in the UK for at least two consecutive years.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent written & spoken English; a second language at CEFR B2 level or higher is a distinct advantage
High attention to detail
Good MS Excel and Numerical skills
Proven track record of success in a Customer Service and/or Administrative role
Previous experience in the language training sector or in teaching will be a significant advantage as would be related qualifications

This is a full-time role based in central London. Must have British or dual British nationality.

Working Hours:  Monday - Friday, 08h30-17h30 or 09h00-18h00

Holidays:  20 days + Bank Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
