What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role (2+ years preferred).
A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high operational standards.
Proficient in managing reservations, floor plans, and service flow during busy shifts.
Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues with ease.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, from guest seating to service flow.
Take ownership of staff training, scheduling, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Monitor and manage guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistency in quality and service standards.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
