Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Location: London - Hybrid working

Package: £100K - £160K DOE, Excellent Benefits

We’re working with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead and enhance its regulatory risk framework in a complex FCA/PRA environment.

This is a high-profile role, partnering closely with the CRO and Board, with accountability for ensuring the organisation maintains a robust, forward-looking and fully compliant risk framework.

The Role

Lead and continuously evolve the enterprise risk management framework in line with FCA / PRA expectations
Own regulatory risk oversight, ensuring effective identification, monitoring and reporting of risks
Deliver and enhance the ORSA process, ensuring strong regulatory alignment and governance
Provide clear, insightful risk reporting to executive and Board committees
Support and shape risk appetite frameworks and ensure alignment to regulatory standards
Oversee stress and scenario testing, supporting regulatory submissions and strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Senior risk leader within a regulated financial services or ideally Insurance environment
Deep expertise in regulatory risk and UK regulatory frameworks (FCA & PRA)
Strong experience operating under SM&CR and ORSA requirements
Proven ability to engage and influence Board-level and regulatory stakeholders
Good working knowledge of financial risk and stress testing, supporting regulatory requirements
