Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Bus Driver to operate passenger vehicles safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, and experience in commercial driving. This role involves transporting passengers along designated routes, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. A valid PSV licence DQC card and relevant experience are essential for this position. The successful applicant will play a vital role in providing reliable transportation services within our organisation.

Duties

Safely operate buses along assigned routes, adhering to scheduled timings and traffic regulations
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues promptly
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing excellent customer service at all times
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents during shifts
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, and fluid levels
Communicate effectively with passengers and team members using clear English language skills
Ensure the bus is clean, organised, and presentable for each journey
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to prevent accidents or violations

Experience

Proven experience as a passenger vehicle driver, preferably with 1 years experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse passengers and team members.
Experience in operating various types of vehicles.
