Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant - Full Time

Eternal Sales Group is a growing promotional sales partner working with established brands and not-for-profit organisations across the UK. We specialise in delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns that connect with customers in real-world environments.

As part of our Birmingham expansion, we are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

About the Role
As a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant within the promotional sales team, you will represent active campaigns across Birmingham, engaging with customers in person and supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition.

This role combines face-to-face sales & promotional marketing, focusing on building genuine customer relationships while promoting products, services, and campaigns. You will be working in local areas where customers naturally spend their time, creating a more relaxed and engaging experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent marketing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement
Promote products, services, and campaign messages in a clear and engaging way
Drive new customer sign-ups and support the sales process
Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive brand experience
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Contribute to increasing customer acquisition and market share for clients
Handle questions and objections confidently following training
Accurately record customer interactions in line with company guidelines
Work across different locations within Birmingham as part of campaign activity
Meet individual and team performance targets
Attend regular training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

Willingness to learn and develop within sales and marketing
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Full right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
