IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line, M365)

We’re looking for a confident and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with one to two years experience in their IT career who wants to build hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll be supporting users across the business, so strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with people are essential.
This is a full time office based position at our Head office, however you will need to have a car and be able to drive to attend our other offices based in Potters Bar and Brighton.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support (helpdesk, phone, email, in person)
- Supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Setting up users, devices and access for starters and leavers
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
- Monitoring systems and escalating issues where needed
- Supporting IT projects and system improvements
What we’re looking for
- Around 1 year’s experience in an IT support role (or strong internship/placement)
- A-levels (or equivalent) as a minimum (IT-related subjects desirable)
- Confident communicator – not afraid to speak to users and build relationships
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT support fundamentals

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
