Full job description

Job Role: Care Support Worker

Contract: Flexible options available

Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas

Hourly rate: £13.71 - £19.77 per hour

Mileage: 40p per mile

Shifts Available: 7am-4pm and 4pm-10pm.

Every other weekend availability required.

Driver and own car required. Cyclist considered.

You do not need previous experience in the care sector; what we value most is your inherent compassion, dependability, and genuine commitment to supporting others. Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centered support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.

What you will bring:

Reliability, compassion and a genuine commitment to supporting others
A willingness to learn and complete essential qualifications required for the role, such as the Care Certificate
Flexibility to work - including evenings and weekends (at least every other)
Shifts Available: 7am-4pm and 4pm-10pm.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle - Cyclist considered.
