Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of our facilities. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents, guests, or staff. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness through efficient cleaning practices. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
