Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service and Repair Director to lead our service and maintenance operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire service and repair division, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure that all service activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties

Lead and manage the service and repair teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve operational goals
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer experience
Supervise daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control of repair activities
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all service functions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for service projects
Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce with strong leadership skills

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced service or repair environment with a track record of successful team management
Strong management skills with the ability to lead multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results
Excellent organizational skills to oversee operations, schedules, and resource planning effectively
Clear communication skills for engaging with team members, customers, and senior management
Technical knowledge relevant to the industry’s repair processes is preferred but not mandatory
A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service
