A keen eye for detail
The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Lobster Sheringham
The experience to maintain kitchen equipment

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

Assisting with food preparation.
Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
Overseeing deliveries.
Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
Work with the team to achieve company targets.

The Lobster Sheringham is nestled a stone's throw away from Sheringham's stunning seafront. Anchored firmly at the junction of Gun Street & Wyndham Street and standing proudly on Sheringham's Hight Street. The Lobster is a traditional pub with cosy rooms, two festoon light courtyards and for those wishing to stay in one of North Norfolk's most beautiful towns, 7 letting rooms of various sizes. We are very dog friendly, so if our guests are out for a walk or out for the week/weekend, the Lobster welcomes all.
