Inspire Education Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our busy and ambitious Marketing team. As Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in creating engaging and impactful visual content across both print and digital channels.
Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team, you'll help bring campaigns to life through innovative design that captures attention and delivers results.
Your work will include:

Designing high-quality marketing materials including prospectuses, brochures, flyers, signage, advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Creating engaging digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the Inspire Education Group brand across multiple platforms.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to deliver creative solutions for a wide range of projects.
- Assisting with photography, video content and the management of digital media assets.
- Working with external suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding design.
You will ideally have:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across print and digital platforms.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading ability.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience within an in-house marketing team, agency or commercial design environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
