Overview of Role:

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.
Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity ideally in social housing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs.
Resilience and attention to detail.
A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Heating system wire ups
Team Leadership
NICEIC Qualified supervisor
Social housing experience

Essential Qualifications & experience required :

18th Edition
C&G 2391 or equivalent
AM2
NVQ Level 3

Working hours are:

5 days per week (Mon - Fri) 8am to 5pm - 40 hrs

1 hour for lunch daily, call out rota to go on doing evenings & weekend work.
