Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and expanding our client base whilst contributing to organisational success. A strong background in sales within the housing and construction industry is preferable, ideally with a merchant background. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the organisation’s client base within the B2B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyse customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
Collaborate closely with the directors to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organisational goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will require proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets, within a similar industry is preferred.
Organised approach to work with strategic planning abilities to meet client deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers an engaging environment for driven professionals eager to make a significant impact within our organisation while developing their career in sales.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
