Full job description

FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST

As a fast-growing global organisation, Invertek Drives is dedicated to developing cutting edge technologies for integration into future generations of our world – renowned Optidrive product range.

Based at our Welshpool Head Office, Invertek Drives are seeking to appoint a full time Receptionist 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, reporting to the Visitors Co-Ordinator, your role will include, but not limited to:-

· Covering reception being the first point of contact on entering the site, the meeting and greeting and welcoming guests, visitors and customers.

Answering/Transferring calls from a busy switchboard/dealing with enquires
Providing Hospitality/Making Tea & Coffee and refreshments and ensuring stock levels are maintained
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming e-mail, post and any other correspondence
General administrative duties, photocopying, filing, emailing,
Making bookings for meeting rooms and organising buffets.
Booking hotels, restaurants, airport transfers, taxis etc.
Occasional flexibility on core hours to meet business needs

And other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be given but the ideal candidate will have:

· Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills

· Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel )

· Well presented with a positive and approachable manner

· Organised

· Team player

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
