Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to join our Company. You will be working across 3 sites which are all located within walking distance of each other.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine health and safety checks across the home.
Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and safely.
Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
Monitor and record compliance checks, reporting any issues identified.
Liaise with external contractors when required.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience.
Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
A positive, proactive, and dependable approach.
Experience of basic plumbing, carpentry and electrics would be an advantage but are not essential

Pay: From £16.15 per hour
