About the Position:

£12.90 per hour, paid breaks plus lots of great benefits!

16 hours per week, Every Sunday and Monday, 9am-5pm

Are you currently working as an admin assistant or in a front of house role where you use your customer service skills? Are you a confident and engaging communicator and like meeting and speaking to new people every day? What we are looking for:

An individual who is warm and kind with a caring and compassionate nature
Someone who would take pride in being a face of the home, who is often one of the first to welcome visitors
Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people

Do you have the following?:

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families
Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
