Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our laundry and drycleaning company, ensuring smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and analysis skills, excellent customer service abilities, and prior administrative experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic organisation while developing their professional skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with organisational procedures.
Assist with the preparation of invoices, reconciliations and correspondence as required.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members or management.
Support the organisation of events, training sessions, and other organisational activities.
Analyse data and information to produce insights that aid decision-making processes.
Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and processes, including ordering supplies and managing inventories.
Collaborate with various customers to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data accurately and efficiently.
Outstanding customer service skills with a professional approach to all interactions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

This position is Part-time (Mon, Weds & Fridays 10:00 to 14:00) and offers an engaging work environment where organisational excellence is valued. The successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting our organisation’s operations through efficient administration and exceptional service delivery.

Pay: £8,112.00-£12,500.00 per year
