Job Title: Behaviour Technician (PBS Practitioner)
Location: South London.
Salary: £27,040 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our services are tailored to meet a wide range of needs - from individuals requiring minimal assistance to those who present with more complex behaviours. Through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Active Support framework, we strive to empower individuals to live fulfilled lives in environments of their choosing.

The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Technicians (PBS Practitioners) to join our growing team in South London and Greater London. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Behaviour Specialist to support individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioural interventions.
Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform support strategies.
Support the design and delivery of Autism and PBS training.
Actively model and promote Positive Behaviour Support within services.
Use your experience and insight to enhance the independence and quality of life of service users.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity.
Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure effective use of time and resources.
Respect and respond to the diverse needs of individuals and communities.
Adapt positively to changing circumstances and service demands.
Uphold legal and ethical responsibilities including Safeguarding, Whistleblowing, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, Confidentiality, and Health & Safety policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience or qualifications relevant to behaviour support or autism services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to person-centred support and continuous professional development.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
An understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in care.
