About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join our growing studio. This is a key position within the team, offering the opportunity to lead prestigious residential projects and play an active role in shaping exceptional interiors from concept through to completion.
You will be responsible for leading FF&E design packages across a portfolio of luxury residential projects, developing design concepts, managing procurement, and ensuring the highest standards of design quality, specification, and client service. The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical understanding, commercial awareness, and strong project delivery capability.
You will work closely with the Director, Interior Architecture team, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, taking ownership of projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of the studio.
Key responsibilities

· Source, select, and specify high-quality furniture, lighting, decorative fixtures, fabrics, finishes, and accessories
· Produce clear and accurate 2D furniture layouts and rendered elevations for key FF&E areas, including principal rooms and bespoke design features
· Source and specify decorative accessories, styling items, soft furnishings, bedding, tableware, books, vessels, and artwork to create cohesive and refined interiors
· Curate and specify artwork collections, ranging from decorative pieces to collector-led commissions, aligned with the overall design narrative
· Prepare, manage, and maintain detailed FF&E schedules, procurement trackers, budgets, and project documentation
· Oversee the FF&E procurement process, including raising purchase orders, reviewing quotations and invoices, coordinating deliveries, and managing supplier accounts documentation
· Coordinate bespoke furniture, lighting, rugs, upholstery, mirrors, and custom-designed elements with specialist manufacturers, artisans, and suppliers
· Collaborate closely with the Interior Architecture team to ensure FF&E elements are fully integrated within the wider design strategy
· Attend client meetings, site visits, factory visits, and installation phases, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout
· Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging suppliers, materials, and innovations, introducing appropriate new ideas and solutions to projects
· Support the development of Interior Architecture concepts, mood boards, presentations, and rendered elevations where required

· Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, and bespoke manufacturing processes
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimac, and Microsoft Office
