Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic organisation, utilising your skills in lead generation, relationship management, and applicant tracking systems. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Duties

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
Utilise applicant tracking systems platforms to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline workflows.
Manage the ROTA of staffing
Lead generation through social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract high-quality applicants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate interviews and assessments while providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
Assist in the optimisation of recruitment strategies by analysing data.
Support employer branding initiatives through social media channels and other digital platforms.
Maintain compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

Proven experience in recruitment is preferred.
Familiarity with online systems such as 20x and Atlas is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience managing relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Knowledge of social media management tools for talent attraction purposes.
Previous exposure to CRM platforms is advantageous.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and recruitment processes to contribute meaningfully within a supportive team environment.
