Overview

Join our maintenance team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our business, This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of maintenance tasks, from electrical repairs &troubleshooting, all while providing exceptional service to our customers Your leadership and skills will help create a well-maintained environment that everyone can enjoy and rely on.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems
Supervise maintenance staff or contractors, providing guidance and ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and safety inspections.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and communicating clearly about repair timelines and solutions.

Experience

Proven experience in property maintenance and troubleshooting..
Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in a maintenance setting.
Strong practical maintenance skills across various building systems.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective team collaboration.
Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally while maintaining safety standards.
