Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Parcel Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages across designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent service. Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including <PERSON> driver trucks, to transport parcels to residential and commercial locations.
Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery speed while maintaining safety standards.
Load and unload packages with care, often requiring heavy lifting to handle bulky or heavy items.
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and documentation of all parcels delivered or returned.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally and addressing any questions or concerns with enthusiasm.

Experience

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role, demonstrating safe driving habits.
Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and licensing requirements for <PERSON> driver vehicles.
Warehouse experience is a plus,
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps efficiently in various environments.
