Project Coordinator – Data Centre Construction

Location: North of High Wycombe
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance
Start Date: ASAP

ROA Talent is working with a leading Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project and is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the site delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background who has experience supporting large-scale projects. Candidates from a Project Coordinator, Site Administration, or Document Control background will be considered, particularly those who have worked within main contracting environments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project documentation, records, and reporting processes.
Support the Project Management and Site Delivery teams with day-to-day project administration.
Manage document control procedures, ensuring accurate distribution and filing of project information.
Track project actions, meetings, and key deliverables.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with project planning, procurement, and compliance documentation.
Maintain project databases and ensure information is up to date and accessible.

Requirements

Previous experience within the construction industry is essential.
Experience on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
Background as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Site Administrator, or Document Controller.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment.
