Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 salary, with an OTE of £75,000+ Uncapped

We are located in Portsmouth, conveniently situated just off the M275, making it easy to access.

The Job

We're in the market for a Sales Guru who can cut through the noise. You'll be the person chatting with busy business owners, explaining how and why they’ve been lied to and what they really need to do to sort out their employment status problem. It's all about making connections, being honest and spreading the word about our game-changing solution to a long-established problem.

Your Mission

Qualify inbound leads.
Be the friendly face that guides clients through the employment status maze.
Provide consultative solutions to the problems our ideal clients face.
Follow deals through to completion, from start to finish.
Meet with clients face to face (when a Teams just won't do it)
Follow up on warm leads.
Proactively contact prospect Construction companies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s
Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Support Marketing efforts, both online and face-to-face.

What You Bring to the Table:

You've got that sales magic, and you've got the numbers to back it up.
Sales Experience on a consultative level because you know relationships matter more than just closing deals.
Have a fresh and innovative approach to sales (we hate jargon!).
Proven relationship building skills, with both clients and colleagues.
Experience in chairing video calls, such as MS Teams, preferred because in this digital age, we're all about face-to-face (even if it's virtual).
Tech-savvy and organized.
The ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
Strong initiative and an eye for detail because it's the little things that make a big difference.
A proven record for working to and achieving KPI’s.
The ability to manage a pipeline from start to finish.
Comfort with recording videos for lead generation because you're not afraid to get creative and try new things.
