Full job description

Teddy Wilf’s Nurseries are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Pre-School Room Leader to join our growing team!

Do you HATE paperwork? If yes, we have everything to make it as simply as possible – we want you playing, learning and having fun, not completing endless observations and LOADS of paperwork!

If yes, we have an incredible team which includes Midday Meal Supervisors, Early Years Practitioners, SEN Support Workers, Inclusion Support, Pastoral Support, Managers and Directors. We have various Staff Events throughout the year and regularly get together for training.

The role:

42.5 - 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm)
Working with children aged 2 to 4 years
Full Time, Permanent Contract
Starting salary is negotiable depending on applicant's experience and qualifications
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification is essential.
At least 2 years experience of working in Early Years environment is desirable.
To provide a fun and varied curriculum (learning through play) for all children within the Nursery and to understand the needs of each individual child in our care.
To observe, assess and plan for children within the Nursery using the Early Years Foundations Stage and provide feedback to Parents and Carers about their children's progress.
To support a small team of Early Years Practitioners and to uphold Teddy Wilf's Nurseries policies and procedures at all times.
Start Date is Negotiable
