Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Relief Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to respond effectively to incidents as they arise.

Duties

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches of security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the training of new security personnel on protocols and emergency procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in security or loss prevention is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is advantageous.
Certification in first aid or emergency response is highly desirable.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
