Full job description

Pharmacy Dispenser / Technician, Join Our Friendly Community Pharmacy Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Dispenser or Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).

Whether you are an experienced pharmacy professional or looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare, we would love to hear from you. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable healthcare skills while making a real difference to patients in your local community.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions.
Providing excellent customer service and assisting patients with their queries.
Working closely with pharmacists and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
Managing prescriptions and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
Assisting with stock management and maintaining an organised pharmacy environment.
For qualified ACTs, performing final accuracy checks in line with pharmacy procedures.

Experience

Previous pharmacy experience is welcomed but not essential.
Qualified Accuracy Checking Technicians are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from retail, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, care, or other customer-facing backgrounds are also welcome.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
