Full job description

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team in the Ulverston area. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service and support when required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned sites and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access or incidents.
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
Maintain a visible security presence and provide assistance to staff, visitors, and members of the public.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Work closely with site management, emergency services, and fellow security personnel when necessary.
Carry out access control duties and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Previous security experience is preferred but not essential
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
