During the school holidays, hours can be amended to 8am to 3:30pm (some flexibility will be required).
Pay: Grade 6 PT11 P19 £28,142 to £32,061 FTE
Actual salary: £26,620.81 to £30,327.97 (pending pay award)

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager to work alongside our two site supervisors. The Site Manager will undertake a full and pro-active role in the development of the school in our well-maintained premises and grounds. As the manager of the site team, you will organise and manage the premises, taking the lead on all site related matters concerning the premises and site including Health & Safety.
You will also ensure the security of the site at the end of the day. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and organisational skills, who can prioritise, plan, schedule and evaluate their work. Can manage their team and be accountable for their own and others work. They must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of the schools premises and have current experience of Health and Safety regulations.
The site manager will have a range of basic skills in carpentry, plumbing and handy person repairs as well as overseeing external contractors. handy person repairs as well as overseeing external contractors.
