Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Support team.
This is a new role with a real opportunity to make a difference. We already have a strong social media presence, but we want our marketing to do more than advertise. We want to better tell the story of what we do, show the impact of our services and help more people understand the difference our work makes.
You will help us create content that feels real, meaningful and connected to our provisions. This could include visiting our services, capturing photos and videos, writing stories, supporting campaigns, updating our website and helping us share the everyday moments that show the value of our work.
The role will also support our Customer Support and Sales team by helping to generate more leads, enquiries and bookings. We want to get better at understanding which campaigns work well, which messages connect with people and how our marketing activity leads to real customer interest.
This role would suit someone who already has some experience in marketing, social media, communications or digital content and is ready to take the next step. You do not need to be the finished article, but you will need to be full of ideas, confident creating content and keen to grow.
What you will be doing
- You will help plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns that support our services and generate enquiries.
- You will create engaging content for our social media and digital platforms, helping us move towards a more balanced mix of adverts, stories, impact, achievements and service updates.
- You will support regular website updates so that our online information feels current, useful and connected to what is happening across the organisation.
- You will visit provisions, services and events to capture real stories, photos, videos and examples of impact.
- You will help create marketing materials for campaigns, events and service promotion.
- You will support events, open days and other opportunities that help raise awareness and generate leads.
- You will help track campaign activity, including engagement, enquiries, bookings and customer response, so we can better understand what is working.
- You will work with colleagues across the organisation to find stories, celebrate achievements and show the quality of what we do.
About you
We are looking for someone who is creative, positive and organised.
You will need some experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital content or a related area. You should be comfortable writing for different audiences and confident using social media in a professional way.
You will be someone who enjoys speaking to people, asking good questions and finding the story behind the work. You will need to be able to build good relationships with colleagues across different teams and feel comfortable visiting services and events to gather content.
You should be able to manage a range of tasks, work to deadlines and bring ideas to life. We are looking for someone who is proactive, willing to learn and interested in developing a career in marketing.
Experience with website updates, Canva or similar design tools, short-form video, photography, campaign planning or basic marketing reporting would be helpful, but not essential.
Working pattern and flexibility
The role will be based at Head Office, with travel to provisions, services and events as required.
Marketing does not always happen in a fixed pattern, so the role will need some flexibility. There may be times when you need to adapt your week to capture content, attend an event, support a campaign or respond to an opportunity taking place across the organisation. Working time will be managed appropriately.
What we offer
This is a new role with the chance to help shape how we market our services and share our impact.

Most importantly, you will help us make sure the impact of our work is seen, understood and celebrated.
Our values
We are looking for someone who can work in a way that reflects our values: Helpfulness, Integrity, Engaging, Aspirational, Acceptance and Positivity.
