Support improvements in outcomes and efficiencies
Actively use and champion AI tools to accelerate analysis, charting, summarisation and quality checking
Identify repetitive or manual tasks in the reporting workflow in the development of smarter, automated approaches
Help establish and document AI-assisted methods that the wider team can adopt and build on
Follow, and where possible improve, documented methods, quality checks and analytical assumptions to ensure outputs are accurate and consistent with WorkBuzz standards
Contribute to reusable templates, automated workflows and shared knowledge that make the whole team more effective
Platform knowledge
Build a strong working knowledge of the WorkBuzz platform, including survey setup, data mapping, reporting structures and dashboards
Share feedback, recurring issues and improvement ideas from day-to-day analysis work to help improve reporting and workflows.
Support user testing of new reporting and analysis features when required
Keep up to date with platform releases and new reporting or analysis capabilities, applying them in client work where appropriate
Requirements for role
