B2B Sales Executive
Manufacturing & Engineering (Milton Keynes, Hybrid)
Pay: £30,000 to £40,000 per year (base plus uncapped commission)

Location: Hybrid. Split between our Milton Keynes office (MK12 6HS) and remote working.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Hunt down contractors, OEMs, manufacturers, and engineering firms who need fabrication and machining services, then convert them into paying clients.
- Hit (and beat) monthly sales targets. Every month. No excuses.
- Use our CRM properly. Every call logged, every prospect updated, every opportunity tracked. No scribbled notes. No dropped leads.
- Build genuine, long term relationships with clients by understanding their production challenges and tailoring solutions.
- Work hand in hand with the leadership team to shape and refine the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to feed the top of the funnel and convert what comes through it.
What You Must Have (Non Negotiable)
- Proven B2B sales experience inside the manufacturing or engineering industry. You understand the terminology, the buying cycle, the decision makers, and the day to day pressures of a workshop or production floor.
- Strong computer literacy. You can navigate a CRM, email tools, and quoting systems without holding everything up to ask how it works.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Confidence on the phone, in cold emails, and on site when needed.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The discipline to keep your pipeline clean, your records accurate, and your follow ups consistent.
- Sold into sectors such as OEMs, shopfitting, warehousing, the health sector, local councils, and similar industries.
- An existing network in the manufacturing scene.

- Experience quoting or estimating fabrication or machining work.
