About The Role

Vehicle Progress Chaser

Marshall Volkswagen Milton Keynes

£28,000 OTE; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday only

At Marshall Volkswagen Milton Keynes, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle Progressor to support the smooth running of one of the UK’s most respected automotive retailers.

In this role:

You’ll manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival at the dealership through to customer handover, supporting the
Sales Manager and Sales Executives in delivering a seamless sales process.
You’ll take ownership of photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, managing showroom presentation, and coordinating with valet teams.

We're looking for:

Someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
Someone with a team player attitude, who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and always uphold dealership standards.
Someone comfortable working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience in using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.
Most importantly, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure a premium customer experience on the forecourt.
